Just bought the app, and its very limited. I shoot 25m .22 air rifle. This combination is not an option. I wish it would allow you to choose any caliber.

The camera sometimes has a hard time picking up the holes, but I fixed that by putting a white sheet behind the target and backlighting with a flash light Scoring, sight adjustment, and record keeping are a breeze now Highly recommended

Wow, this app is fantastic. Very impressed with how it works every time. A must have for any serious shooter.

Go this app because I heard good things about it, but was surprised to find it had no ability to manually add shots nor that it could use images taken outside of the app. Add these two features and I will rate higher.

This app has a lot of very nice features and it is a must for precision shooter! There are things to be added and fixed and hopefully they will be implemented soon (taking pics from library, editing of individual targets...)

Must make in app purchase to keep scores. Scores will not share accurately between iPhone and iPad. Saved scores disappear randomly so you must constantly use backup function. Backups are saved and old cannot be cleared out so memory keeps expanding. Needs to be cleaned up to my vote.

This new update has gotten extremely buggy. When scanning targets, it will say that is cannot see aiming mark. You then have to close entire app and re-enter. By then, all previous scans are gone and you have to restart.

Im really unimpressed by this app. I can visually score all 4 positions FASTER than it takes this app to "process". Not only that but to get target to "scan" you need to bugger up the back side to make a visible hole??that kind of DEFEATS the entire aspect of scanned targets. Ill keep dinking around but as far as I can see its neither user friendly or accurate for BB gun targets

We have been using this application for ISSF Air Pistol for several months now. We find it easy to use and very accurate. On those occasions where the scoring is off it is extremely easy to step in and manually correct the error. We have tried creating the scans with both white paper and a blue screen as the background. We find the blue screen (iPad light table) much more accurate. We suspect a piece of blue paper placed behind the target to be scored might have a similar effect. This is a great application for the price. (Sius, Meyton, etc cost thousands. This application provides shooters with almost the exact same feedback without the cost, even when consumables (targets) are considered in the equation.)

Great app - set up nice 10 meter indoor range with video camera and monitor - now this app provides an exceptional shooting log Be patient with the retakes It may take a few camera retries but it will figure it out and then hit "done" to keep it I use this app on my ipad and iphone - both worked Good - using one as a light table This app will make you shoot better - great way to vividly review your groups and determine arc of motion vs strays Love it !! Great idea !!

If you care about tracking scores, you MUST get this app. Tons of targets. Incredible scanning algorithm. Just do it!

I think anyone wether new or an experienced shooter could use this app to their benefit. Just the ability to analyze your shooting progress can be helpful! And it can be accomplished right at the range if needed with ease. Comparing data from each session on the range to show improvement or to correct a problem quicker is got to be the number one priority for every shooter. And this app TargetScan is that educational aide, I would highly recommend it to improve your shooting skills!

Very nice utility to quickly analyze your targets and give you the numbers you need to help your shooting. I have also found it is very useful to check gun sights for accuracy. I have not found a better program

Great app. Use it to score Juniors targets quickly.

Does a great job providing insight to competitors that dont have access to a noptel or similar electronic system. Its all done after the fact so you wont get a live shot by shot view, but it very clearly shows group size, distance, and NBA. Thanks for making the app.

Totally worth every penny. Compared it to the Orion Scanner at my club and it matched up with it 19/20 and then one that was wrong was because I messed up the picture. So for anyone that doesnt have electronic targets or an Orion scanner, this is worth every penny and its fast too. Its already helped my offhand because I can see my trends and what I can improve on. When scanning targets just make sure its well lit and has a good white paper behind the target. It can also scan multiple shots per Bulls-Eye so when youre shooting groupings you can still get a score from that. Such a great app 10/10 for sure!

I was surprised with how accurately this app can score a target. Most of the time it picks up doubles and triples without a problem. You must tell it how many shots are on the target, and it will usually find that many. If you register a complete miss or shoot fewer than the specified number, it will likely score one of your shots as a double. In a few cases, there was a discrepancy between the score I found and the one Target Scan found, but upon rechecking, the Target Scan score was the correct one. The purchase price for TS is around $11, but if you want to keep your old scores and targets, you will need to make an in-app purchase of the Shooters Diary for about $7. Now you can keep daily records of your group radius and center of impact. It will even tell you how much you will need to adjust your sights to move your center of impact to the center of the target and how many points that would raise your score. Because this app has a specialized market, it costs a little more than you may be used to paying. Fewer potential customers means a bit higher price.

Ive bought a lot of apps and this one is hands down the best!
